INSTRUCTIONAL INSIGHTS

My name is Billy Goulding, originally from Co. Kerry, Ireland, but living in Dubai, UAE for the past 6 years.

I am currently completing an MA in Technical Communication and E-Learning, via distance learning, at the University of Limerick, Ireland. I hold a BA in Journalism & New Media Studies, as well as an MA in Applied Linguistics & TESOL, both also from the University of Limerick.

I am hoping to transition full-time into the Instructional Design and Technical Communication space upon completion of the MA. I have been working in the Education sector for the past six years, primarily in the field of Assessment Design and Development, at a national level.
